避難所では自衛隊の方に優しくして下さい。中越地震などでは、市民からのクレームがあってご飯食べるにも陰でコソコソ食べるしかなかったそうです。自衛官も人間なんです。食べなきゃ死んじゃう。

もし自衛官が赤飯食べてる場面を見ても激怒して怒鳴ったり喧嘩ふっかけないであげてください。赤飯は戦闘糧食１型の正式メニューだし、赤飯除外するだけで手間かかるし、赤飯を使わないとなると被災地に持ってける食料減るって事です。
